By using the Clean Phangan Impact Products site and minting an Impact Product, you agree to the following.

A donation, not an investment

Minting an Impact Product is a voluntary donation to a non-profit beach-cleanup initiative. It is a collectible that records your support on-chain. It is not a token sale, security, or investment, and no profit, yield, or financial return is offered or implied.

Donations are non-refundable

Blockchain transactions are irreversible, so donations cannot be refunded once confirmed.

Your wallet and fees

You are responsible for your own crypto wallet and keys, for any network gas fees, and for sending the transaction on the correct network (Optimism). We never take custody of your wallet or funds.

Provided "as is"

The site and the Impact Products are provided on an "as is" basis. The minting flow relies on third-party services (thirdweb, WalletConnect, the Optimism network); we are not responsible for those services.

Use of funds

Donations support Clean Phangan's ongoing beach-cleanup activities on Koh Phangan.
